Texas Moves To Nullify Federal Education?

A new article in The Austin-American Statesman reports that Cynthia Dunbar, a member of the Texas State Board of Education, has introduced a new bill to the board that would nullify the Federal Board of Education’s claim to authority in Texas.

Exit question: Since the Department of Education was formed, has the agency really helped education that much?
